1. Make sure the Negative and Positive side is properly placed.

2. It won’t vibrate unless you stick it to the skin!

3. If you just press the ON/INC button , then press the PROGERAM button, but didn’t press the ON/INC button again and again , it will not vibrate!

4. If it doesn’t work for the first use , you need to remove the batteries and Install them again. Then it will work.

5. About 20 uses if you use and maintain the gel pad correctly .

6. Clean/dry your skin before using the gel Pad. Otherwise, the viscosity will be reduced .

7. Stick the pad back to the cardboard after using it. Prolongation service life .

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
